License Agreement

File Yeet End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and File Yeet for the use of the File Yeet software application.

Grant of License

File Yeet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business use, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

Restrictions

You shall not:

• Copy, distribute, or make the Software available to third parties
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or attempt to derive source code
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices
• Use the Software in violation of any applicable laws
• Use the Software to build a competing product or service

Intellectual Property

The Software and all copies thereof are proprietary to File Yeet and title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the Software shall remain with File Yeet. The Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Subscription Services

Certain features of the Software require a paid subscription. Your use of paid features is subject to the applicable subscription terms and payment obligations.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL FILE YEET BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. File Yeet may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

Third-Party Components

File Yeet uses iroh for peer-to-peer networking, which is provided under its own open-source license. All other components of File Yeet are proprietary.
